M R S A More Condition_symptoms I'm Renting In NYC Without A Lease. I Found Out I'm Paying More Than Double What My Roommates R. Is That Legal

I'm renting in NYC without a lease. I found out I'm paying more than double what my roommates r. Is that legal - m r s a more condition_symptoms

I do not know if it's legal, I praise, even without a lease, would probably have fewer rights than a person with a lease, but still ... how they live, except me, because they all sit back and not have friends and talk a different language. It's a bit embarrassing and I feel cheated.

No lease not moving problem.

His solution is to move. If you are willing to pay a certain amount for the rent, then it is your obligation to pay.

Benefit obligation to hire his services, a smaller crowd. They promised there for a long time and have lower wages negotiated as aResult. They live on the contrary, less than a month to month, and thus have an obligation to a higher allowance. They have been the case, why is it illegal?

Without a written lease, it would be difficult to prove their case. You should consult an attorney to determine whether it is permissible to rent without a lease. It may not be illegal, but it's probably a bad idea.

If the owner wanted to be a theme, the cleared and little legal recourse you might have to do. If your situation is so bad, you start looking for another place to live and yet to sign a lease. Best of luck.
